HANDLING OF BONE SPECIMEN
This module is to help us understand how bone specimen is handled. It is important that bone specimen is handled correctly as specimen vary in different aspects – size, calcification, presence of soft tissue.
At the end of the course, each participant should be able to:
List the clinical features of common benign and malignant tumours of bones
State the diagnostic features of childhood bone tumours
List the main differentials and the distinguishing features of childhood bone tumours
List the prognostic factors and management of common bone tumours
