His tenure at Medtronic Labs has been marked by significant achievements, including negotiating crucial memorandums of understanding with the Ministry of Health of Ghana to strengthen primary care and advance community health. He is also currently serving as the Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH), where he actively contributes to the association's objectives and represents PSGH on the governing board of the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association.
Prior to his current positions, Mr. Offei held the role of Head of Government Affairs & Policy for East and West Africa at Johnson & Johnson from 2017 to 2023.
