Ms. Bernice Mawuli is a Medical Laboratory Scientist (Histotechnology) and is currently in the final year of a PhD programme in Molecular Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens both at the University of Ghana, Legon. She graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. She holds a Master's Degree in Immunology.
She is an assistant Lecturer in Immunology at the Department of Pathology University of Ghana Legon. She was a Laboratory Technologist at the Department of Pathology, University of Ghana, Legon (2006-2014).
Ms. Bernice has special training in Immunohistochemistry, processing and special staining of renal biopsies and general laboratory specimen handling and processing. She assisted in setting up the ensuring the operationalization of the Immunohistochemistry Laboratory at the Department of Pathology, University of Ghana Legon.
