Mrs. Mary Rhondi Asiaw is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive experience in psychiatric nursing, emergency care, and community mental health. She has worked across acute, chronic, and trauma-related clinical settings, providing care for patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. Her work involves assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration, counselling, and advocacy for the rights and well-being of clients and their families.

Over the years, she has led and supported several service improvement initiatives at Pantang Hospital, including infrastructure modifications, stakeholder collaboration, and clinical service enhancements. She has coordinated the reestablishment of specialised services such as the Geriatric Clinic and facilitated donor engagement for patient support and ward refurbishment. Her commitment to patient advocacy reflects her interest in ensuring equitable and uninterrupted mental healthcare delivery.
