Madam Yvonne Akos Amenuvor brings a wealth of experience in nursing, particularly in the management of intensive care units. With a background in Critical Care Nursing, she has demonstrated clinical expertise in caring for critically ill patients, specializing in post-operative care for neurosurgical and general surgery patients. Notably, Madam Amenuvor serves as a preceptor for critical care nursing students, emphasizing the importance of maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients and their families in acute care settings.

Her educational journey includes a Master of Science in Bioethics from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Bachelor of Science in Critical Care Nursing from the School of Perioperative and Critical Care Nursing at Korle Bu, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing & Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Madam Amenuvor's clinical skills are diverse, including expertise in renal dialysis, certification in advanced cardiovascular life support, and proficiency in providing care for post-operative and critically ill patients. As a Ward Manager of the Trauma Unit at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, she demonstrated effective leadership in planning and delivering nursing care, triaging patients in the emergency unit, and ensuring meticulous documentation of care activities.
