Dr. Isaac Adupong is the Managing Partner at Blazing Impact Consult Limited, and the Principal Consultant & Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Lead-it Africa. Both organizations are Workplace Performance Improvement Consultancies, focused on Leadership Development, Business & Personal Effectiveness Coaching.

He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a special interest in the Business of pharmacy & Social Pharmacy. He specializes in Organizational and People Development. Commercially, he has worked with various top-ranked Global pharmaceutical multinational companies across regions and countries, including companies like Pfizer, Merck, Bayer, and GE., in varying roles including Head of Business, Commercial Excellence Lead, Compliance, and Regulatory agent & Salesforce Effectiveness Expert, and Learning & Development.

He has led several learning & development projects across industries and businesses, including the first ever PSGH cross-membership Development Needs Assessments in 2018.

He is currently the Chairman of the CAPACITY BUILDING & MENTORSHIP COMMITTEE of the PSGH. He has developed and facilitated various conferences, projects, and programs both locally and internationally, across industries and businesses, including training institutions.

He holds a B.Pharm & PharmD, Master of Arts, in Business Psychology with a Special Interest in Organizational Development and Individual learning & development. Relevant Certifications: Certified Life Coach (Skills Academy - U.S.A), Certified Trainer from both the American Society of Training and Development, Certified Trainer- HumaNext Training Institute – U.S.A.
