Dr. Faisal Adjei is a Senior Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery Specialist at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana. He has extensive experience in managing musculoskeletal trauma and orthopaedic conditions within a leading tertiary healthcare institution. His expertise covers clinical practice, surgical training, multidisciplinary collaboration, and healthcare service delivery.
Dr. Adjei is actively involved in medical education, academic writing, and clinical research. He has a strong interest in strengthening healthcare systems and contributing to the advancement of orthopaedic surgery through teaching, mentorship, scholarship, and leadership.
He has held several leadership and administrative roles, including Academic Training Coordinator for the Department of Trauma and Orthopaedics, Chief Resident, and member of the Surgical Department Quality Improvement Team. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Ghana College of Nursing and Midwifery, Faculty of Orthopaedics.
Dr. Adjei is a member of several professional organizations, including the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, the Orthopaedic Association of Ghana, and the Ghana Medical Association.
