Dr. Daniel Nduiga Keiro is a Physician, Cardiologist, and Electrophysiologist. Dr. Keiro attended the University of Nairobi, where he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree. He then proceeded to pursue his Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine at the same university. He completed his attachment in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Apollo Main Hospital Chennai, India. A multi-specialty hospital.

Dr. Keiro has extensive work experience, starting from November 2002, when he worked as a Medical Officer Intern at Embu Provincial General Hospital. He then served as a Medical Superintendent/Assistant Medical Officer of Health at Marsabit District Hospital and Marsabit District from January 2004 to September 2004. Dr. Keiro worked as a Staff Clinic Doctor at The Nairobi Hospital from September 2004 to May 2007, where he provided pre-employment and pre-registration medical evaluations for new staff and students. He also provided curative and preventative health care services to the hospital staff and their dependents, monitored adherence to the hospital's staff health policy, and prepared budgets for in-house staff medical expenditure in conjunction with the Human Resources department.

Dr. Keiro served as a Senior House Officer at the Kenyatta National Hospital Medical Wards from September 2006 to August 2009, where he was responsible for the care of patients admitted to the medical wards and in the specialist outpatient clinics. He also worked as a Physician and Cardiology Fellow at Equatorial Heart and Blood Vessel Clinic, Nairobi Hospital from September 2009 to June 2011, where he was responsible for the care of patients both in the Cardiac clinic and in the hospital's wards. He then worked as a Hospital Physician at The Karen Hospital from August 2011 to June 2015, where he also served as a Cardiology Fellow at Nairobi Heart Clinic. He was responsible for the care of Patients admitted to the wards, ICU, and outpatient Cardiology clinics. He also regularly undertook cardiac interventional procedures in the Cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Dr. Keiro furthered his expertise in Cardiac Electrophysiology by participating in the fellowship program at Apollo Main Hospital, Chennai, under the mentorship of Dr. A.M Karthigesan, Electrophysiologist, from July 2015 to May 2016. He participated in the care of patients in the Electrophysiology outpatient clinic, admitted to the Wards and intensive care units, and participated in advanced cardiac rhythm care procedures in the Catheterisation laboratory.

Apart from his work, Dr. Keiro enjoys sports such as jogging, gym, basketball, and networking.
