Caroline Adonadaga is a professional public health nurse currently working as a Programme Officer with the National AIDS/STI Control Programme (NACP) of Ghana. She is a team player, results-oriented, emotionally mature, duty conscious, committed to details and open-minded.

She has seventeen years of experience working with the NACP in the area of HTS, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), and HIV care and management. She also has extended knowledge of Differentiated HIV Testing Services, as well as differentiated ART and HIV care.

She is skillful in HIV testing and counseling, facilitation, advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation. She is part of the technical team’s that developed the Ghana Differentiated Service Delivery operational manual, the development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and HIV Self-Testing (HIVST), the consolidated guidelines for HIV management, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) operational policy and implementation guidelines on- Task sharing, 2017: Development of Social Behaviour Change Communication materials for couple /male involvement in HIV Testing Services, 2015: Ghana Family Planning Costed Implementation Plan 2016 – 2020.
