Prof. Dr. Christian F. Poets, is a distinguished figure in the field of neonatology and sleep medicine. With over 37 years of experience, he currently holds the position of Head of the Department of Neonatology at the University Hospital Tübingen in Germany. He was honoured with the Science Prize of the Society for Neonatology and Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine in 2005 and received the "Paper of the Year" prize from the faculty of medicine at the University of Tübingen in 2016. His dedication and expertise extend to his involvement as President of the Society for Neonatology and Paediatric Intensive Care from 2006 to 2010.
