Paolo Calegari is a management engineer specializing in life sciences, supply chain operations, and global affairs. He is currently a Demand Planner at Novartis Italia and has prior experience in demand and supply planning at Nestlé Health Science. With expertise in business process simulation, operational management, and business networking, he has worked across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and public sectors. Paolo has a strong background in stakeholder management, data analysis, and digital transformation. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Health Technologies Engineering from the University of Bergamo. Passionate about cultural exchange and volunteering, he actively organizes seminars and debates. Fluent in Italian and English, he is recognized for his analytical skills, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement in healthcare operations.
