Her work encompasses the development, deployment, and evaluation of educational and training initiatives designed to enhance literacy and knowledge acquisition, with a strong emphasis on improving quality and efficiency.

A skilled problem solver and mentor, Maame Yaa excels in designing and implementing training materials and tools that integrate adaptive technologies and standardized learning management systems. Her contributions drive continuous learning practices and improve performance across organizations and communities. She has a proven track record of facilitating over 70 training sessions, reaching more than 3,000 participants and demonstrating measurable increases in program effectiveness. Among her signature achievements is the facilitation of an e-learning platform for the Ghana Police Service, engaging over 100 key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for national initiatives.

Maame Yaa’s dedication to human rights advocacy is evident through her work with Child’s Rights International, where she educated over 1,000 children on their rights and collaborated with stakeholders, including Members of Parliament, police, and educators, to develop monitoring tools for children’s rights advocacy. As Senior Technical Advisor for Human Rights, Legal, and Ethics at WAPCAS under the Global Fund Project, she has authored training materials, designed and executed training programs, and led the development of human rights and ethics initiatives. Her role involves managing major contracts, preparing donor reports, and ensuring programs remain aligned with cutting-edge research and global standards.

In her legal practice, Maame Yaa is a formidable advocate, representing clients in high-stakes cases and providing strategic legal advice. At Kensom Attorneys @ Law, she has drafted and filed over 100 court processes, achieving favorable outcomes through meticulous research and innovative problem-solving.
