At Novartis, Fatima currently holds the position of Associate Director, Clinical Supplies Management – Innovative Medicines US, based in East Hanover, New Jersey, United States. In this role, she focuses on efficient strategic planning and project management of drug supply, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Prior to her current role, Fatima served as a Senior CGT Supply Chain Manager for the Global TRD Cell & Gene Therapy Unit and held positions as Lead Trial Manager (LTM) in the Global DSM Oncology Franchise and Sr. DSM Trial Manager for US Oncology.
