Dr. Kenneth Adjetey Klufio BSc, MB ChB, MGCS, FWACS

Dr. Kenneth Adjetey Klufio is a highly accomplished Urologist with an extensive educational background and a wealth of professional experience. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) from the University of Ghana Medical School, establishing the foundation for his medical career. Subsequently, Kenneth became a Member of the Ghana College of Surgeons, specializing in Surgery, and a Member of the West African College of Surgeons.

Dedicated to advancing his expertise, Dr. Klufio completed a Fellowship training in Urology at the Ghana College of Surgeons. His commitment to excellence led to his Chief Residency in Urology at the prestigious Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. Kenneth achieved the significant milestone of becoming a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons, attaining the title of Senior Specialist in Urology.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Klufio has actively contributed to medical education and professional development. In 2014, he served as an Instructor in Basic Life Support for Operation Smile in Ghana, conducting training sessions at prominent medical institutions.

As a distinguished speaker, Dr. Klufio has shared his expertise in various conferences, addressing critical topics in Urology. Notable among his presentations are sessions on Prostate diseases, updates on non-metastatic disease management for prostate cancer, clinical diagnosis of kidney cancers, and bladder cancer management protocols. His contributions extend to training initiatives, such as the Prostate Cancer Project in Ghana, where he served as a Trainer of Trainers in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.

Dr. Klufio involvement in co-curricular activities showcases his diverse interests and commitment to holistic development. He was an active member of the Business Investment Group at Korle-Bu and represented the University of Ghana in chess competitions, including the 9th World University Chess Championship in Lagos, Nigeria.
