OVERVIEW

The Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (GCPS) takes great pride in presenting its Maiden Awards Night, a pivotal component of the 20th Annual General and Scientific Meeting (AGSM) and part of the commemoration of the institution's remarkable 20th anniversary. Under the guidance of distinguished leaders, including the current Rector, Prof. Richard Adanu, the GCPS has consistently upheld a standard of excellence in post graduate specialist medical education, training, and practice.

 

THE ESSENCE OF THE AWARD CEREMONY: A MILESTONE CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE IN MEDICAL TRAINING

The ceremony signifies a monumental occasion, marking two decades of unwavering dedication to the advancement of postgraduate medical training in Ghana. Themed "Two Decades of Postgraduate Medical Training in Ghana," this event stands as a testament to the pivotal role played by GCPS in shaping the nation's medical landscape. It also serves as a platform to recognize the outstanding efforts and achievements of individuals who have contributed significantly to the institution's journey over the past twenty years.

In attendance alongside the President will be the Honourable Minister of Health, Hon.
